Logarithmic Forms and Anti - Invariant Forms of Reflection Groups
Let W be a finite group generated by unitary reflections and A be the set of reflecting hyperplanes. We will give a characterization of the logarithmic differential forms with poles along A in terms of antiinvariant differential forms. If W is a Coxeter group defined over R, then the characterization provides a new method to find a basis for the module of logarithmic differential forms out of b...

Let W be a nite group generated by unitary re ections and A be the set of re ecting hyperplanes. We will give a characterization of the logarithmic di erential forms with poles along A in terms of antiinvariant di erential forms. If W is a Coxeter group de ned over R, then the characterization provides a new method to nd a basis for the module of logarithmic di erential forms out of basic invar...
متن کاملOn $m^{th}$-autocommutator subgroup of finite abelian groups
Let $G$ be a group and $Aut(G)$ be the group of automorphisms of $G$. For any natural number $m$, the $m^{th}$-autocommutator subgroup of $G$ is defined as: $$K_{m} (G)=langle[g,alpha_{1},ldots,alpha_{m}] |gin G,alpha_{1},ldots,alpha_{m}in Aut(G)rangle.$$ In this paper, we obtain the $m^{th}$-autocommutator subgroup of all finite abelian groups.
متن کاملInvariant Smoothing on Lie Groups
In this paper we propose a (non-linear) smoothing algorithm for group-affine observation systems, a recently introduced class of estimation problems on Lie groups that bear a particular structure. As most non-linear smoothing methods, the proposed algorithm is based on a maximum a posteriori estimator, determined by optimization. But owing to the specific properties of the considered class of p...
متن کاملInvariant Means on Chart Groups
The purpose of this paper is to give a stream-lined proof of the existence and uniqueness of a right-invariant mean on a CHART group. A CHART group is a slight generalisation of a compact topological group. The existence of an invariant mean on a CHART group can be used to prove Furstenberg’s fixed point theorem.
